See what our customers are saying about our products!By Jack Woods 200L ChardonnayStill on the lees, but I am extremely satisfied with this easy to use
quality product. Apples, pears, even a touch of pineapple. I believe
this will be an extremely 'comfortable wine'. I look forward to future
purchases from US Elite. You are a perfect match for the small,
boutique winery looking to expand horizontally into additional
varietals.

6.4L Cabernet SauvignonI made this Cabernet Sauvignon in July of
2007. After a year of aging I opened my first bottle. It is excellent.
Beautiful bouquet and a wonderful full bodied wine.

The Trusted Source
Many concentrate suppliers are beginning to make claims that the their products comply with Federal regulations for varietal labeling of wines made from their concentrates, though we have determined through close investigation they cannot provide sufficient verifiable data required to FULLY satisfy all U.S. Federal legal requirements. Commerical winemakers should insure that all Federally required documentation is proven to be available and accurate before risking civil or criminal penalty and/or seizure of their varietal labeled wines obtained from concentrate/juice/kit suppliers falsely making such claims.
US Elite and its affiliate wineries have participated in Federal audits of our concentrate documentation at the winery level, and have been found to be in full compliance with all varietal labeling regulations from the vineyard to your winery, including but not limited to vineyard records, step by step concentrator data, together with all other detailed source documentation and commercial records which a Federal audit of your winery would require to be disclosed. At this time, we do not believe any other small format concentrate supplier can make such claims and supply evidence of same.
US
Elite varietal concentrates exceed the minimum federal requirement of
75% single varietal content and are backed with documentation certifying
varietal grape type and fruit origin (California) for wine label
varietal claims. US Elite also provides certified records
regarding solids content both before and after concentration and
specific data for additives and preservatives used to treat and balance
our products for use in commercial winemaking.
